2023 Achievement
this might have been six of my 2022 series KAGURA being included at Art Week Miami in december 2023… having my work displayed within walking distance of Picasso, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Damien Hirst amongst others. was an undeniable moment of feeling content. and being one of the few artists whose work was displayed near the main entrance in such a prominent position made me happy – why? it made my mother proud.
2024 Goals
in 2024 I would love for my photography to take me to Japan. being half Japanese I feel the need to connect with my maternal side on all levels always – therefore creatively I would love to explore this more – by shooting in Japan as well as showing my work.
