BRISTOL CREATIVES

Bristol Creatives is an artist-led networking and marketing initiative for visual and applied artists in the city.  Our website acts as a friendly and informal meeting place and information centre for anyone interested in the arts in Bristol and the surrounding area.  Visit our website for the latest News, Opportunities, Commissions, Artist Callouts, etc. Look at our online Creative Directory if you are looking to commission an artist to run a workshop, a photographer to take your family portrait, a jeweller to make your wedding rings, an illustrator to produce a series of images for a publication, etc. Check out our What’s On section if you are keen to learn new skills, get creative or to try something new, or if you are looking for information about forthcoming exhibitions, arts trail, open studios and events in the area.

Church Lane Gallery

Church Lane Gallery is the home of Banbury Artists’ Co-operative. Church Lane Gallery opened in 2016 and is managed and staffed exclusively by talented local artists who show and sell their work directly to the public. Bespoke commission work is also often possible.

Our aim is to bring beautiful, affordable local art to the heart of the Banbury community. Artists can often be found creating new work whilst working in the gallery and visitors are able to see the processes involved in making the art we sell. We frequently feature artist events and rejuvenate the gallery so there’s always something new and inspiring to see!

Membership of the collective is by invitation, but we are always keen to consider applications from local artists who can add to the gallery’s offering.

Aberdeen Art Fair

The Aberdeen Art Fair is presented by GM Events Ltd who have offices in Aberdeen and Glasgow and whose Director Gerry Muldoon along with his colleagues have been delivering cultural events in Scotland for 20 years. The company has a reputation for delivering successful events and have worked in partnership with many private and public sector organisations such as Scottish Enterprise, Aberdeenshire Council, Aberdeenshire Leader, Arts and Business Scotland and Royal Deeside and Cairngorms Destination Management Organisation.

ArtCan

ArtCan creates opportunities for artists through exhibitions and practice development as well as peer-to-peer connections, professional recognition and access to specialist knowledge and support.

ArtCan is an artist-led, non-profit arts organisation with members across Britain and internationally. Our work is supported by the efforts of artist-member volunteers, contributions from our Founder Friends and Friends of ArtCan and with the valued guidance of our Board of Trustees.

ArtCan has expertise in producing collaborative art exhibitions in London, across Britain and internationally. Our exhibitions complement the work of established galleries by enabling talent to gain experience and skills. We work with galleries, but also seek new spaces where art becomes a part of everyday life and with the aim of involving audiences in an organic and personal way.

ArtCan’s artist-centred ethos means that our model does not involve charging membership fees or commissions on sales, to help artists focus on developing a sustainable practice.

Membership of the collective is by invitation, but we are always keen to consider applications from local artists who can add to the gallery’s offering.

Jackson's Art

Founded in London in 2000, Jackson’s offers a vast range of fine art materials to artists from all over the world. With their expertise and knowledge as practising artists themselves, they are confident that they can supply you with the materials you need to realise your unique creative potential.

They understand that everyone’s artistic needs are different, and are passionate about all things art materials-related.

In partnership with the Visual Artists Association, Jackson’s now offers new customers 10% off their first purchase if they sign up for account using this link: VAA Members.

Golden Duck Gallery

As world is going online, visual art tends to follow the flow. It’s great, as it can save you time & money.  Art is, though, truly perceptable only in person.

We can clearly detect the necessity of artists to share their art physically. Their opportunities remain quite limited, though.

This is why The Golden Duck Gallery came to life. We believe that the time for being serious has passed forever. There is enough complication in the everyday life. There is a great demand for simplicity, comfort, coziness and happiness. So we will serve it!
