Collaboration and community-building are vital aspects of Grout’s role as the Artist and Community Coordinator.

She elaborates, “I believe that artistic communities thrive when artists come together to support and inspire one another. To foster connections, I organise artist meetups, encourage collaborations following the fairs through joint exhibitions, and facilitate networking opportunities with industry experts. The Other Art Fair is unique in that it is a truly international community and spans three continents. It is the only organisation that provides a truly global platform and it is free to apply for. By creating a sense of community, we embolden artists to share their experiences, knowledge, and resources, leading to collective growth and success.”
