Zoom Meeting | WhatsApp Call | Email

Do you have an area in your Art Business that you need help with? Or maybe you would just like some general advice on where to go next?

Here at the VAA, our mission is to transform Artist’s lives by offering a clear pathway to succeed commercially in your art business, giving you more time to create.

Helpdesk Help desk

Helpdesk sessions are a quick and easy way to get advice about an area of your work and business that you are experiencing trouble with, or simply need some information on.

In order to get help, you just need to fill in the form below. We ask that you limit your query to one question to make it easier for us to offer more focused advice.

Once your query is received, a member of our team will decide whether it is best for us to respond in one of three ways:

either you will be contacted via email so that we can provide you with some existing resources we feel may help; or you will recieve a phone call (via WhatsApp) to talk through your query and any advice we may have; or you may be contacted to set up a Zoom Meeting to go over your query in more detail.

* the manner in which your query is resolved is at the discretion of the team and what we feel may work best for you. We will always attempt to help you to the best of our ability.

Topics that we can cover include:

  • Funding applications
  • Proposals
  • Strategic planning
  • Website and social media
  • Marketing
  • Selling & pricing
  • Artist statements, bios and CVs
  • Signposting to relevant arts organisations and contacts
  • Tax and finance
  • Networking

This has led me to better understanding of my work, proposals, and market. Today, I´m a better artist, entrepreneur, person. All the crew is really willing to support you during your personal process.

I joined the VAA about a month ago and I’m so glad I did! A great resource of useful information and opportunities for artists. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s in the Vault and making the most of everything else that’s on offer.

Joining the VAA is the best thing I’ve ever done. I very much feel that I’m among friends, and for an artist that’s pretty important.

As an emerging artist I have found their help invaluable. They offer helpful advice and guidance. As an artist who prefers the creative process, to the somewhat less inspiring but essential processes of marketing myself I found the VAA have always been there for me to help push and promote my talent in a business respect also.

I always leave with more good ideas than I will be able to put into place. The group keeps my art business moving forward.
