Emily Jolley – Wall of Success

Emily Jolley is an abstract artist based in Cambridgeshire, UK, specialising in elegant and expressive abstract paintings. She is inspired by the natural world and the connections and transience of our daily lives.

Her painting style has developed from a desire to express ideas of connectedness and existentialism, a commitment to art for art’s sake, a a fundamental appreciation of form, line, colour, and composition.

Solo Show at The Retreats

Emily’s work can be seen this summer at The Retreats at Burwash Manor, through her informal artist in residence. Whilst taking in the peaceful atmosphere, high ceilings, and beautiful light, she is selecting and creating artwork that both complements and is inspired by the venue.
